Christopher's abstract 'line' paintings are related to his acrylic 'drip' works insofar as they both use gravity as a partner in the production of the works, as well as having a shared colour palette. Christopher paints these works by leaning the canvas against the wall and pouring the paint onto the edge of the surface, allowing gravity to dictate the paths of the lines created.
